Unfortunately, my softsoap purchase was damaged en route and had to be destroyed. I spoke with your customer service dept., who apologized, said a claim would be filed with UPS and my credit card "refunded." I was pleasantly surprised to see the credit on my card within just a few days. I would re-order this product, but it's out of stock.
